You can return your travel credits within 30 days of your purchase date.


To be eligible for a return, your travel credit must be unused, even partially.


Only the amount you paid is eligible for a refund.

How to get a refund?

Go to your confirmation email and contact us to request your refund.


The extra credits are non-refundable and valid only with the travel credit initially purchased.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 to 10 days for processing.
